Preparation

The premiere of the film Alles Op Tafel had been on the calendar for two years at the DeLaMar Theater. There was a delay due to production reasons. Then COVID hit, and naturally, we had to reschedule multiple times. A film of this magnitude deserves a full house, and therefore we waited until we could fill the theater completely again without 1.5-meter distancing and with the possibility of an afterparty.

Red carpet

At DeLaMar, we give every guest, at every event and every screening, the premiere feeling. Walking the theater's red carpets, with everything taken care of down to the last detail, and under the grand chandeliers, every event feels like a day or evening out. The setting of DeLaMar is also the perfect place for the festive screening of this major new Dutch feature film!

Lights, camera, action

Film premieres are unique events at DeLaMar. This one is no exception; no expense has been spared. In collaboration with Pathé, the theater hall with its theater decor is being transformed into a cinema hall featuring a large screen and space for presentations and the cast.

Commissioned by Independent Films and in collaboration with Event Department, we are building a starwalk in front of the main entrance for visitors and the press.

While the guests gather for the red carpet, we open our Grand Cafe for the cast and their friends and family for an intimate pre-reception with cocktails and canapés.
Meanwhile, we welcome the remaining guests with a celebratory glass of bubbly, and they find a seat in the hall.

During the film screening, we will lay out a light-up dance floor and the DJ will set up his booth, allowing us to end the evening with a lively party and a toast to the film!
