We are delighted to introduce our newest location: @Droog. Situated between the Groenburgwal and the Staalstraat, in the vibrant center of Amsterdam, @Droog is a true gem. Near the beautiful Staalbrug, the majestic Amstel, and the historic Waterlooplein, this location is spread across five historic buildings with a rich past.

The location

In the 17th century, this area served as the home base for the Guild of the Steel Masters, who prepared pieces of fabric (stains) for the market. The members of the guild are even immortalized in Rembrandt's famous painting "The Steel Masters," which can be admired in the Rijksmuseum. In 2004, Droog moved into these buildings, which have been known as a platform for design since 1993.

With international projects, innovative ideas, and products, Droog has played a key role in putting 'Dutch Design' on the map worldwide.

The building

@Droog features six unique spaces where events can be organized. Each of these spaces breathes the history of Droog and has its own unique character. From intimate meeting rooms to spacious halls, @Droog offers something for everyone.

The entire building, including the beautiful garden, is accessible to the public and is decorated with art and unique design pieces from the Droog collection.
