The venue of a lifetime
The Olympic Stadium Amsterdam was built for the Olympic Games of 1928. Since then the stadium developed to an iconic venue for numerous national and international events. Since the huge renovation in 2000, the original, functional and factual architectural style of the designer – Jan Wils – was retained. The Olympic logo above the main entrance still reminds us daily of the famous Olympic past. Nowadays, the stadium developed a huge variety of activities and projects which cherish the Olympic legacy and at the same time meet the modern standards of creating events.
