Dairy products from farmers around Amsterdam, organic vegetables from the nutritious clayey soil of the &#039;bolle es&#039;, honey from the Ronde Hoep, and razor-fresh fish from our own North Sea. But also pickles from Borneo Island, meat from the Stadstuin pigs, and fresh pasta from Amsterdam-South. Vegetables, fresh pasta, roasted chicken, fish, dairy, sourdough bread\u2014almost everything. As much as possible from Dutch soil, and the closer to Amsterdam, the better. Almost all the makers will be at the market themselves, and they are happy to tell you about the origin, quality, and how they work.<\/p>\n<p class=\"p2\"><b>Culture and culinary merge into a local market <\/b><\/p>\n<p class=\"p2\">And in between the market, we are of course also a museum, currently housing the largest collection of Russian porcelain. Be inspired by the impressive exhibitions for young and old. Feel free to bring the children or meet up with friends on our outdoor terrace.
